Job Title: Solar Technician (with Service Responsibilities)

**Location**: Nashik, Maharashtra
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
**Experience**: 0-3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**:

- Oversee the installation of solar PV systems at various sites.
- Ensure that installations are completed as per the design and within the stipulated timelines.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the best installation methods and locations.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Monitor the progress of installations and report on any issues or delays.
- Assist in the procurement of materials required for the installation.
- **Technical Support & Service**:

- Provide on-site technical support during and after the installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the performance of the solar PV systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and service visits to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the installed systems.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Act as the point of contact for clients during the installation and service process.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, installation quality, and service activities.
- Document and maintain records of all installations, services, and customer interactions.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure that all installations are done in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Adhere to the company’s safety protocols and guidelines during all site activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ITI or diploma
- 0-3 years of experience in solar installation or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to travel to various sites as required.
