We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Warehouse Executive to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our presence on major ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry, Myntra and others.
- Monitor and process orders received from ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others.
- Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and timely dispatch of products to customers.
- Monitor shipping statuses and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or returns.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and any other required documentation for order fulfillment.
- Track and manage inventory levels across various ecommerce platforms.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in ecommerce warehouse management, order processing, or logistics, ideally with exposure to platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
