**Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Proposal Executive to support our business development efforts by preparing, managing, and submitting competitive bids and tenders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from government, semi-government, and private sector clients.
- Prepare and compile tender documents, technical proposals, commercial bids, and supporting documentation in line with client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, legal) to gather inputs and ensure bid compliance.
- Analyze tender documents, terms, and conditions, and highlight risks, opportunities, and necessary clarifications.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and proposals while maintaining accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a tender database and track the progress of all active and upcoming bids.
- Develop relationships with vendors, consultants, and clients to gather market intelligence and support business growth.
- Assist in negotiations, clarifications, and post-submission communications with clients.
- Support contract finalization and ensure proper documentation for awarded projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1 years of experience in tender preparation, bid management, or proposal writing (preferably in the Advertising, Media, Event, or OOH industry).
- Must have knowledge and hands-on experience with bidding platforms such as **GEM (Government e-Marketplace)** and other relevant portals.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to interpret tender documents, legal clauses, and commercial terms.
- Proficient in MS Office and proposal management tools.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Strong team coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tender Bid: 1 year (preferred)
