A hostess, or host, is responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience. Their duties can include:

- **Greeting**: Welcoming guests with a smile and friendly greeting, using their name, and confirming the number of people in their party
- **Seating**: Seating guests based on availability and their preferences
- **Managing reservations**: Answering phone calls and making reservations
- **Providing menus**: Giving guests the dinner and drink menus
- **Monitoring activity**: Monitoring the restaurant's activity to ensure a smooth flow and seating
- **Maintaining waitlist**: Maintaining a waitlist of patrons during busy meal times
- **Providing items**: Providing items like crayons, coloring books, and snacks
- **Communicating with staff**: Working with internal staff, including managers, servers, bartenders, food runners, and back-of-house staff
- **Informing staff**: Informing the server and/or manager of special needs

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
