**Job Title**: Personal Assistant to Managing Director
**Location**: Noida
**Reports To**: Managing Director (MD)
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Manage Executive Schedule**:
- Coordinate and manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and ensure time management.
- Prioritize and organize daily tasks, ensuring the MD’s time is used effectively.
- **Correspondence & Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Travel & Logistics Coordination**:
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and manage any last-minute changes.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Arrange and prepare for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure the MD is well-prepared for all meetings, including any required documents or presentations.
- **Project Support**:
- Assist in managing various projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Help track deliverables, follow up with team members, and provide administrative support as needed.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain filing systems, manage documentation, and track expenses.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for the MD’s review.
- **Confidentiality & Professionalism**:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Represent the MD with professionalism and maintain positive relationships across all departments and external partners.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years of experience in an executive assistant or personal assistant role.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiarity with office management tools.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail in all tasks.
- **Discretion**: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in a corporate environment or supporting senior leadership.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position, [Noida].
- Flexible working hours may be required depending on the MD’s schedule.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
