Tally Education and Distribution Services Private Limited, the educational division of Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd., has been incorporated with a vision to be “the premier solution provider for all manpower related challenges of employers in India.”
Tally Education was established to provide technology certification in the field of accounts and commerce. Tally Education is the largest certifying organization for computerized accounting.
The Marketing team under Tally Education is responsible for strategizing and executing marketing initiatives to promote Tally’s educational offerings. This involves developing campaigns, creating promotional materials, managing online and offline channels, and analysing market trends to drive leads and brand awareness.
**What you'll own**:
**Experience to bring with you.**
- Good knowledge and understanding of learner behaviour.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- A knack for sales and ability to convince customers.
- Ability to judge the requirements of the learners and should be able to convert into the admission.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.
**What will you be doing?**
Identification of prospect customers (via lead channels) by calling them and achieving the following:
- Will have to make outbound calls & follow up calls on a daily basis with prospective learners.
- Categorize leads as per the requirement of the support team.
- Achieve designated enrolment targets from the qualified leads.
- Manage the entire learner cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation and Support.
- Provide complete details of:
- Courses available online & benefits.
- Payment process.
- Course content.
- Coordinate with support functions and get the issues sorted.
- Updating task/activities/ relevant information on CRM platforms and formats provided.
- Provide work related updates to reporting managers as required from time to time.
