**Learning and Following Procedures**:Trainees will learn and adhere to safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and quality control guidelines.
- **Assisting with Production**:This may involve assisting with the operation of machinery, material handling, or quality inspections.
- **Data Collection and Recording**:Trainees may be tasked with collecting data on production metrics, recording process details, and maintaining relevant records.
- **Improving Efficiency**:Trainees may be involved in identifying and implementing improvements to production processes, contributing to cost-cutting measures, and optimizing efficiency.
- **Troubleshooting**:Trainees may assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and responding to breakdowns.
- **Training and Development**:Trainees receive on-the-job training to develop technical skills, learn best practices, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process.
- **Collaboration**:Trainees often work collaboratively with experienced operators and other team members to achieve production goals.

Additional Responsibilities (depending on the specific role):

- **Participating in Quality Control**:Trainees may be involved in quality checks, ensuring that products meet required standards.
- **Assisting with Maintenance**:Trainees may assist with routine inspections and preventive maintenance of assigned machinery.
- **Preparing reports**:Trainees may be responsible for preparing status reports and other documentation as required.
- **Taking Ownership of Projects**:Trainees may be given ownership of smaller projects, such as product presentations, supplier management, or cost analyses.

Pay: ₹19,661.23 - ₹26,927.02 per month
