**Administrative Responsibilities**
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure regular maintenance.
- Handle **petty cash management**, including tracking expenses and maintaining records.
- Maintain **important documents, records, and files**.
- Oversee **office housekeeping and security coordination** to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Assist the HR team with tasks such as **attendance tracking and employee onboarding**.
- Ensure the **smooth day-to-day operations** of the office.
- Assist in **basic budgeting and expense tracking** for administrative operations.
- **Order office inventories and assets**:
- Manage and **verify company assets**:
- Plan and coordinate **office events and meetings**.
- **Employee coordination on admin-related issues**.
- **Verify cash expenses** and upload details on **CostPE** for tracking and reporting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
