- As the LINE INCHARGE-PRESS WELD AND DIE,you will be part of the Project Engineering and will report to SECTION HEAD-PRESS WELD AND DIES
The purpose of your role will be to provide manufacturing feasibility feedback to R&D team during design phase of new model sheet metal parts, Frame Body & support development of sheet metal dies & welding line for external vendor/In-house/Global for execution of new model events, launches and mass production.**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key resposibilities will include, but not limited to:
1.Provide manufacturing feasibility feedback to R&D on new model Frame Body part design to reduce development lead time/Process Feasibility
2.Prepare proposal for Vendor selection for development of Welding Line & Robot
3.Process & W/F Design approval to start physical development of Welding Fixtures
4.Develop Welding Line for Frame Body for new model events and mass production
5.Develop Press Shop/Welding Line for Fabrication Parts for Global Localization**A Day in the life**
- To provide manufacturing feasibility feedback to R&D team during design phase of new model in-plant Frame Body & Support development of Welding Line for external vendor/In-House/Global for execution of new model events, launches and mass production**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Graduation in Engineering in Mechanical/Automotive/Metallurgy/Welding
- Minimum 7~8 years of experience in manufacturing and 4~5 years in automotive sector

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Product, process Knowledge of Frame Body and other Fabrication Parts
- Auto CAD, CATIA
- Negotiation with Vendor
- Technical Spec of Welding equipment’s (Robot, Robot Cell, SPM)
- Drawing Study, GD&T
- SAP ERP
- PLM Teamcenter
- Knowledge of Welding process (MIG, TIG, SPOT) & Robotic process
- Understanding of automation line (IOT, Industry 4.0 etc. are added)
