**What You’ll Do as a Ditto Advisor**:
First things first**:this is not a sales role**. You won’t be making cold calls, chasing sales quotas, or persuading anyone to buy something they don’t need. Instead, you’ll be guiding, educating, and empowering people to make the best decisions for their unique situations.
Advisory is at the heart of Ditto, and we’re serious about offering people a meaningful, stress-free experience. But don’t worry — we don’t take ourselves too seriously. There’s always room for a bit of fun here

- ** Team Falcon**:Are you someone who loves deep, meaningful conversations? Team Falcon is all about connecting with clients through one-on-one calls, offering them the time and space to ask questions and make confident decisions about their insurance needs.
As a Falcon, you’ll focus on in-depth client interactions, giving you the opportunity to truly understand their unique situations and guide them toward the best solutions. The typical working hours are from 10 am to 8 pm, with plenty of breaks built in, so you can recharge between calls and bring your best to every conversation.
This role is ideal for those who thrive in a people-centric environment, love explaining complex ideas in simple terms, and enjoy building strong rapport over phone calls. If you’re a natural communicator with great listening skills, Team Falcon will feel like home.
- ** Team Bliss**:Love the idea of quick, efficient conversations at your own pace? Team Bliss is perfect for those who thrive in a text-first environment, offering expert advice and addressing client queries primarily over WhatsApp. With two flexible shift options —**_ 12 pm-9 pm or 2 pm-11 pm_** — you can choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle.
Most of your day (60-80%) will be spent crafting clear, thoughtful responses to clients over WhatsApp, with the rest (20-40%) dedicated to handling occasional client calls, if needed. This mix of chatting and calls keeps things dynamic and gives you the freedom to balance focus with meaningful interactions.
