**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide user support and training to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Develop and run reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, implementing them as necessary.
- Assist in data migration and integration with other systems as needed.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new features and enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools within Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
