Deputy Medical Superintendent

Develop manpower plan for SJMCH-B
- Develop strategic plan for the next five years for SJMCH-B in discussion with the executives.
- Develop the scope of services to be offered in a phased manner at SJMCH-B
- Oversee clinical operations, including patient care, diagnosis, treatment, and quality assurance.
- Supervises and coordinates the work of medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participates in hospital administration, including budgeting, policy development, and strategic planning.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
- Facilitates communication between medical staff, hospital administration, and other departments.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement new programs and services.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Min. Qualifications: Medical degree (MBBS/MD etc.) with a valid registration with medical council. Post graduation in Hospital Administration or Management will be an advantage (MBA, MHA etc.)
- Experience: 12+ years after the medical post graduation and hands on experience in hospital management
