**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately record purchase transactions and maintain up-to-date accounting records through data entry into Tally and our ERP system.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and consistent ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Review and verify invoices and payment requests to ensure correct account coding, mathematical accuracy, and proper authorizations.
- Handle vendor communications and respond to inquiries regarding transactions to maintain positive relationships.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Support the finance team in auditing processes and tax preparations.
- Continuously improve systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the accounts department.

**Location : Panchavati, Nashik**

**Experience : 1 -3 years**

**Salary : 10k-15k**
