Xml Executive

**Position Description (In Short)**:Internal content and process analyst/architect, project lead for product evaluation, new product development, and product enhancements. The Senior Process Analyst will also coordinate process improvement efforts and process control/sustainability through standardization efforts.

**Minimum Experience Required (Details)**:2+ years of related experience, strongly preferred in a publishing environment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proficiency in**:Alfresco, ArborText Editor, XEditor, Confluence, JIRA, PublishOne, and XML**
- Leads content and process analysis and conversion efforts for large scale projects
- Manages relationships with vendor team leads and vendor resources
- Ensures quality and timeliness of products and processes as performed by vendors during transition of products and processes
- Researches, conceptualizes, tests, recommends, and implements solutions to complex problems or tasks related to digital products, workflow processes and projects
- Troubleshoots complex technical problems related to digital publishing processes; coordinates first level of support for maintenance issues
- Recommends appropriate course of action based on analysis
- Schedules and coordinates work and meetings with appropriate parties
- Creates workflow standardization by performing workflow tasks and seeing where efficiencies can be introduced and by working with parties involved to determine where handoffs and processes can be eliminated or streamlined
- Creates new documentation as needed for training purposes and reviews existing documentation for process improvements
- Provides training for editorial and vendors as processes are handed off or changed
- Liaisons for editorial, shared services, technology, and vendor/production teams
- Analyzes efficiency and continues to transition routine maintenance tasks to vendor/production specialists
- Determines the timeline for training and transition of tasks, including documentation, support, and review needs
- Performs reviews for transitioned work and determines when reviews can stop
- Provides analysis and assists in requirements gathering for automated, “no-touch” workflows
- Independently manages and coordinates moderate to complex projects within or across specified product groups; project coordination includes defining goals, designing/evaluating processes, building timelines, gathering resources, and providing communication and status updates on an on-going basis
- Coordinates the building and testing of new editorial tools or enhancements to existing editorial tools; Manages defect resolution process with technical teams, editorial, and product management
- Coordinates data conversion efforts, data migration projects to new content storage systems, and electronic delivery platforms (including testing and troubleshooting) by working with editorial, technology and project management teams
- Continually seeks improvement to procedures for efficiencies, product quality, customer satisfaction and/or positive impact on financial results; leader or team member on Lean Agile (LPC) projects
- Represents the Content Management & Publishing team or business unit at meetings or on appropriate committees, projects, or initiatives as requested by the manager
- Performs other customer unit functions as specified by the manager Understands and supports WK initiatives and business unit goals

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
