Your main goal will be to create a supportive learning environment which will help your students meet their learning goals. You’ll oversee their progress by tracking their assignment and exam grades, in order to provide useful feedback.

**Responsibilities**
- The prime role is to provide strong academic leadership.
- Is required to lead, manage and develop the department to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities.
- Maintain the general discipline of the students and staff of the Department.
- To oversee the smooth functioning of the department and ensuring consistent provision for academic ambiance.

**Requirements and skills**
- Previous experience as Chemistry& Biology Teacher
- Knowledge of various teaching methods
- Deep understanding of the ICSE Curriculum and requirements
- A patient and resilient personality
- Dedication to students and education
- M.Sc. Chemistry& Biology with B.ED

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
