
Business Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with onboarding and setup in **Zoho Apps** (Bigin, CRM, Books, Inventory, etc.).
- Support clients in configuring and using **WhatsApp Business API** for communication and automation.
- Perform basic customizations in Zoho Apps (pipelines, fields, layouts, templates).
- Document client requirements, prepare checklists, and maintain internal support records.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and templates using Google Docs/Canva.
- Coordinate with the implementation team for advanced setup and automation tasks.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate in **Commerce/Business (B.Com, BBA)** or **IT/Computer Science (BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, MCA, B.Tech IT)**.
- Strong interest in **CRM, WhatsApp Business API, workflow automation, and cloud apps**.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Good communication in English + Malayalam.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, and client-friendly mindset.
**Salary Range**
- ₹13,000 - ₹20,000/month (depending on skills and experience).
