NCR is looking for a Master Scheduler to plan production / staging activities of within its North America retail and restaurant operations. This person will work as part of a cross-functional team coordinating Procurement, Production and Customer Fulfillment to build and release a production / staging plan for printers, servers and other peripherals. The scope includes scheduling and tracking the jobs released to production, escalating material shortages and managing customer escalations.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Run daily clear to build reporting and release jobs to drive production / staging activities
- Establish weekly and monthly production / staging schedules based on customer orders, material availability, and production capabilities
- Interface daily with supporting departments (Procurement, Supply/Demand Planning, Engineering Change, Customer Fulfillment) to create executable plans and resolve issues.
- Analyze and report on staging, CTO and production status and risks.
- Manage customer escalations and company revenue priorities.
- Plan reconfiguration activities to use-up excess inventory.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

- 5 years experience in supply chain operations
- Solid, proven organizational, project management and leadership skills
- Strong data reporting / data analysis skills and attention to detail
- Team player able to work well across business operations and develop strong business teams
- Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates and business stakeholders
- High energy and experience working in a demanding fast-paced work environment
- Desire to learn and willingness to take on a wide range of assignments
- Ability to work on US time zone
