- Answering Inbound Call from Customers, Clients.
- Delivering professional and expert Customer services to our Customers and Clients

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Graduation is **mandatory** (any stream )
- **Experience**:
1-4 years of relevant experience in **international voice process** or **US customer support**
- **Communication Skills**:

- Ability to understand and communicate clearly with US-based customers

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
