**Job Title**: US Voice Process Executive

**Location**: Mohali

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our **US Voice Process** team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing accurate information while ensuring excellent communication and service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve queries efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update databases as required.
- Ensure first-call resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call handling, quality, and productivity.
- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and call scripts where applicable.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (US accent will be an advantage).
- Minimum [0-2 years] of experience in BPO/Call Center (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in international voice process.
- Knowledge of CRM tools or call center software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
