We’re looking for a highly motivated **Marketplace Assistant** to join our growing eCommerce team at **Libra Appliances**. You’ll be managing operations for our flagship brand **Libra Appliances** across marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

Whether it’s catalog updates, order processing, social media posts, or influencer coordination - you’ll be the glue that keeps our digital shelves running

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Marketplace Operations**:

- Upload and update product catalogs across all marketplaces and quick commerce platforms (Myntra, Jiomart, Blinkit, Zepto, Meesho, etc.).
- Ensure listings are SEO-optimized with correct titles, images, prices, and descriptions.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment.
- Maintain listing hygiene: remove errors, fix suppressed listings, handle product mapping issues.

**Social Media & Influencer Management**:

- Create and schedule engaging posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with influencers and affiliates for collaborations, giveaways, and product promotions.
- Track affiliate codes, influencer impact, and engagement analytics.

**Order Processing & Customer Handling**:

- Process daily orders across all platforms and ensure timely dispatch.
- Follow up with customers on order-related queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Resolve tickets or escalate issues to senior teams if needed.

**Sales Reporting & Analytics**:

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports by channel.
- Highlight sales trends, high/low-performing SKUs, and return rates.
- Track advertising spend vs sales (if ad data is provided).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (any stream preferred).
- Basic understanding of ecommerce and marketplaces is a plus.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools is helpful for social media.
- Excel/Google Sheets skills (basic formulas, report creation).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Passion for eCommerce, digital marketing, and online business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
