We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team and assist our clients throughout the process of securing funding for their projects from partner banks, such as HDFC and IDBI. As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a vital role in coordinating with clients, collecting necessary documents, and ensuring a smooth flow of information between clients and bankers. Your excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities will be essential in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Communication, Coordination and Document Collection, Document Submission, Draft Preparation, Bank Query Resolution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
