**Qualification and Skills**
- ITI / Diploma / BE mechanical engineering or equivalent institution.
- 2 to 6 years experience precision mould manufacturing
- Excellent skill in operating the Makino machines (EDAF - added advantages)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with high accuracy inserts.
- Good knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T.
- Expertise in EDM parameters to achieve the desired profile and surface accuracy

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Operate and program EDM machines to manufacture precision core, cavity and inserts
- Interpret drawings to set accurate machining methods and parameters in EDM
- Ensure the finished parts meet dimensional and surface finish requirements (First time right).
- Coordinate with the Electrode designers and EDM leader to resolve machining challenges and improvements
- Maintain the 5S and safety in EDM area
