**Qualification**:
ITI / Diploma / BE mechanical engineering or equivalent institution

**Experience**:
2 to 6 years’ experience precision mould manufacturing.

Excellent skill in operating the Makino machines (EDAF - added advantages) Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with high accuracy inserts.

Good knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T.

Expertise in EDM parameters to achieve the desired profile and surface accuracy.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Operate and program EDM machines to manufacture precision core, cavity and inserts.

Interpret drawings to set accurate machining methods and parameters in EDM.

Ensure the finished parts meet dimensional and surface finish requirements (First time right).

Coordinate with the Electrode designers and EDM leader to resolve machining challenges and improvements.

Maintain the 5S and safety in EDM area
