**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the project manager in coordinating daily tasks and project activities across various teams (development, QA, design).
- Help track project progress and ensure milestones are met on time.
- Facilitate communication between the internal teams and clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting notes.
- Maintain project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and status reports.
- Support the quality assurance (QA) team by assisting in basic **Shopify testing** (checking functionalities, compatibility, and UI/UX).
- Track and report issues or defects identified during the testing process to the development team.
- Help ensure that client requirements are accurately understood and communicated to the team.
- Monitor and update project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to ensure accurate tracking of tasks and timelines.
- Assist in client communication, status reporting, and gathering feedback to improve project outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BTech preferred).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies or project management frameworks.
- Basic understanding of Shopify platform features, themes, and plugins.
- Knowledge of basic web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Prior experience in coordinating or assisting with web projects is a plus.
