Travel Desk Executive

**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and arrange **domestic and international travel bookings** (air, rail, taxi, hotel, etc.) for employees and management.
- Ensure **cost-effective travel solutions** while adhering to company travel policies.
- Maintain updated **records of travel itineraries, bookings, and invoices**.
- Liaise with **travel agencies, hotels, and airlines** to negotiate rates and resolve booking issues.
- Process and verify **travel expense claims and reimbursements** in line with company policies.
- Provide **support during business trips**, including itinerary changes or emergency travel needs.
- Prepare **monthly travel reports** and assist in travel budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with **corporate travel and safety regulations**.
- Maintain a **travel database** with frequent flyer programs, preferred vendors, and cost summaries.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business Administration** (preferred).
- Minimum **1-3 years** of experience in a corporate travel desk or travel agency.
- Strong knowledge of **GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)** is an advantage.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and travel management software.
- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**.
- Ability to handle **multiple requests under pressure** and meet deadlines.
