As a Telecalling Executive with Data Entry Responsibilities, you will be tasked with engaging potential customers over the phone while efficiently managing data entry tasks. Your role demands adept multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- **Product/Service Promotion**: Introduce and promote products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and advantages.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to individual customer needs and preferences.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements, address concerns, and overcome objections.
- **Sales Conversion**: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product/service value propositions and closing deals.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input customer information, sales details, and other relevant data into the CRM system or databases.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer information in the CRM system.
- **Data Integrity**: Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Provide regular feedback to management on customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for improvement. Generate reports on sales performance and activities.
