We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller Executive to join our team. The Tele caller Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to introduce our products & services, answer their questions, and generate leads for our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers via telephone to promote products & services
- Use scripts to provide information about features, pricing, and benefits.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele caller Executive or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn about products & services and describe & explain them to prospects.
- Persistent and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Telemarketing or relevant field is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
