**Employer Branding**:
Participate in initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand through social media, job fairs, and career events.

**Offer and Onboarding Support**:
Help coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, such as document collection, induction scheduling, and training arrangements.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Support the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

Analyze sourcing strategies and provide recommendations for improvements.

**Learning and Development**:

- Attend workshops or training sessions to develop knowledge in talent acquisition processes and best practices.
- Learn to use recruitment tools and platforms effectively.

**Skills Required**:

- MBA-HR 2024 Batch
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
