Centrifuge & Decanter Operator

Location - Haridwar & Baroda

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate centrifuge and decanter equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Monitor equipment performance, including vibration, temperature, and flow rates.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize separation efficiency and product quality.
- Clean and maintain equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and belt adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions or escalate issues to maintenance personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems.
- Monitor product quality and ensure it meets specifications.
- Collect and record production data for quality control and reporting purposes.
- Identify and resolve quality issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
