Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures as per medical protocols.
  • Prepare, collect, and process biological samples (blood, tissue, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records of lab reports and ensure timely delivery to doctors.
  • Calibrate, operate, and maintain lab equipment and instruments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards within the lab.
  • Support doctors and medical staff during diagnostic procedures and OT (where required).
  • Manage inventory of lab supplies and request replenishment when needed.
  • Adhere to QHT Clinic's quality standards and maintain confidentiality of patient data.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in clinical / diagnostic laboratory.
  • Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols, infection control, and waste management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test results.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment.
