**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up and develop first part on CNC machines as per customer requirement.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining processes and sequences.
- Conduct test runs to ensure that programs produce parts that meet quality standards.
- Make adjustments to programs and machine settings as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of programs, tooling, and machining processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
- Feasibility & Cycle time calculations as per engineering drawing
- Planning of production, manpower and tooling as per the delivery deadlines
- Need to handle team of 8-10 operators in total including day and night shift
- Need to get the production output from the operators as per targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification or relevant experience in CNC programming, manufacturing technology.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer.
- Proficiency in 2D programming and part development.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tool selection.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
