*Overview:*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Design & Planning:*
- Develop landscape design concepts and plans for hotel properties, including gardens, courtyards, and recreational areas.
- Collaborate with hotel management and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with the hotel's brand and operational requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations for landscape projects.

2. *Project Management:*
- Manage multiple landscape projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams to oversee the installation and upkeep of landscaping features.

3. *Site Analysis & Evaluation:*
- Conduct site assessments to understand environmental conditions, soil quality, and other factors influencing landscape design.
- Evaluate existing landscape features and recommend improvements or enhancements.

4. *Sustainability:*
- Incorporate sustainable practices and eco-friendly materials into landscape designs.
- Promote water-efficient irrigation systems and native plantings to reduce environmental impact.

5. *Guest Experience:*
- Design outdoor spaces that enhance the aesthetic appeal of the hotel and provide guests with memorable experiences.
- Ensure that landscapes are safe, accessible, and provide privacy and comfort for hotel guests.

6. *Compliance & Standards:*
- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and hotel policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in landscape architecture.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of horticulture, environmental sustainability, and landscape construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
