**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Design and Planning**: Create innovative landscape designs that align with the brand and theme of each hospitality property, incorporating elements like gardens, pools, walkways, and recreational areas.
- **Site Analysis**: Conduct thorough site assessments, understanding environmental, geographical, and cultural contexts to develop suitable landscape strategies.
- **Sustainability**: Integrate sustainable and eco-friendly practices into landscape designs, focusing on water conservation, native plants, and green building principles.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure cohesive design and seamless integration of outdoor and indoor spaces.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the execution of landscape designs, ensuring they are implemented on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Coordinate with contractors, horticulturists, and landscape suppliers to source appropriate materials and plants for each project.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all designs meet local regulations and environmental guidelines.
- **Client Engagement**: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements, providing regular updates on project progress.
