Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
- Provide technical support to internal teams (troubleshooting & resolving issues).
- Offer remote IT support to other branches/offices virtually and ensure smooth operations across locations.
- Ensure network security, data protection, and system backups.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services.
- Assist in planning and implementing new IT projects and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science

✔ Experience in IT support or system administration.

✔ Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

✔ Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, or similar).

✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
