Maintenance Supervisor

We are hiring for the role of "**Maintenance Supervisor"** for our **Chemical manufacturing** company based at Dhule MIDC. **A. Job Purpose: Maintenance activities of running plant (Preventive, corrective, breakdown maintenance).** **B*.**Main Duties, Roles & Responsibilities:* 1. Daily preventive maintenance of equipment checklist filling as per site round. 2. Daily boiler report and its running condition checking. 3. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work. 4. Prepare records of hydraulic ,pneumatic of tanks,pipelines. 5. Maintain utility fuel consumption records. 6. Make PR in ERP for required engineering material. 7. Prepare work order for maintenance (modification of pipelines) before starting of work. 8. Approve from concern and execute it as per plan. 9. Taking follow ups for maintenance related valves,pump seals,and other project related material. 10. Checking bill of contractors as per ARC and put PR and proceed further. **Key Responsibilities** Preventive Maintennce of equipments Utility maintenance Treated plant related maintenance Engineering material issuance Bills of contractors and PR PO related activities **Operational activities**: 1. In daily plant round checking of abnormal activities related equipment's of utility,production ,static,rotary equipment's. 2. Checking of boiler worksheet. 3. Checking of maintenance fitter routine activities worksheet. 4. Daily maintenance of equipment 5. Update utility( fuel) consumption sheet 6. Checking of pump glands ,seal and other maintenance related material pr and follow up of materials. E. **Operational sequence of activities : (Mention Process of your work)** 1. In daily plant round checking of abnormal activities related equipment's of utility, production ,static, rotary equipment's. 2. Checking of boiler worksheet. 3. Checking of maintenance fitter routine activities worksheet. 4. Daily maintenance of equipment 5. Update utility( fuel) consumption sheet 6. Checking of pump glands ,seal and other maintenance related material pr and follow up of materials. 7. Make work permit for contractors and fitter for projects and maintenance works. 8. Given job work instructions to fitter. 9.
