- Training Program Development:

- Ø Design and develop technical training programs, materials, and curriculum.
- Ø Implement training strategies to enhance the technical skills of field personnel.
- Delivery of Training:

- Ø Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for field team members.
- Ø Provide hands-on technical guidance and support during training sessions.

- Technical Expertise:

- Ø Act as a technical resource for Service Engineer, providing guidance and support.
- Ø Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by field personnel.
- Assessment and Evaluation:

- Ø Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance
- metrics.
- Ø Make continuous improvements to training content and delivery based on feedback and results.

**Additional Skills**:

- Certification in Training and Development.
- Ø Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
- Ø Experience in Home appliance industry.
- Role essentials:

- First-principles thinking - Actively questioning every assumption then creating new knowledge and solutions from scratch.
- Ambiguity - Ability to work in an unstructured setup.
- Attitude - Right attitude to roll up the sleeves and be hands-on.
- Complexity - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail Orientation - Ability to pay close attention and notice minor details.
- Experience - 5 to 8 years' experience; past product trainer experience needed; service engineer experience preferred.

Skills:
