**Educational Background**: Graduate/ Post Graduate in Nutrition, Food, or ScienceKnowledge

**Skills**:Hindi, English, any additional language, Professional certification in training is highly valued

**Competencies**:Design Product training contents & materials, motivating & coaching, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,

**Work Experience**:Experience designing technical product training course content, Excellent organizational skills, high attention to quality, detail and accuracy, combined with the ability to manage multiple high priority tasks.

**Training**:Passion for teaching, motivating and coaching, with the ability to create and sustain good relationship with customers

**Internal**:Flexible and adaptable, able to embrace and champion change at short notice. Absolute Team player - High energy, enthusiasm & proactive approach to problem-solving.

**External**:Distributors and event management agencies

**Responsibilities**:

- **Duty OneProduct** Training Task Responsible for branch product training online and offline, with customer-centric approach, Organize, deliver and facilitate product training and education via live classroom, onsite training, video conference, and one-on-one training at cross-channel for employees and customers Collaborate with region and HO to conduct product training, including designing, developing, and optimizing creative, high-quality, interactive product course curriculum, distributor product trainer management and product training campaign management
- **Duty TwoTraining **MaterialsTaskLiaise with region and HO to ensure all recurring product learning programs are updated on a regular basis, including product, materials, and procedure upgradingResponsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies and competitors products.
- **Duty ThreeEvent ManagementTask**:Direct and support region and branch on product training events and operate community engagement online and offlineHandling the Product management including product registration, new product launching programs, promotions and related tasks
- **Duty Four Rank**: Change and Trips Qualification Of Distributors TaskTo impart training and ensure that distributors change Ranks, Help in generating data and informing the same to distributors Motivate the distributors to achieve the target for tour qualifications, Coordinate with HO to generate the data for tour qualifiers and intimate to the distributors.
- **Duty Five Training**:Budget & Reports Task Plan Training budget, forecast cost as required by organizational planning and budgeting system Monitor and report on activities, cost, performance and etc. as required to ensure all activities and materials meet with organizational requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
