**Who are we looking for?**

A hair trainer who will be responsible for teaching and training hair professionals on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry. The job description for a hair trainer may include the following responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver training programs: The hair trainer is responsible for designing and implementing training programs that cover a variety of topics related to hair styling, coloring, cutting, and other related services.

2. Conduct training sessions: The hair trainer will deliver training sessions to groups of hair professionals in salons or educational institutions. They may also conduct individual training sessions for specific stylists.

3. Stay up to date with industry trends: The hair trainer must stay current with the latest trends and techniques in the hair industry and incorporate them into their training programs.

4. Evaluate trainees: The hair trainer will evaluate the performance of trainees and provide feedback on areas where they need to improve.

5. Create training materials: The hair trainer will create training materials such as manuals, videos, and other resources that can be used by trainees to continue learning outside of training sessions.

6. Manage relationships with clients: The hair trainer will build and maintain relationships with clients, such as salons, educational institutions, and individual stylists.

7. Attend industry events: The hair trainer will attend industry events such as trade shows, conferences, and workshops to stay up to date with industry trends and network with other professionals.

**Qualification**
