**Role Description**

**Position: Associate-Level Web Designer (Full-Time | Remote)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure user-friendly navigation and functionality.
- Contribute to innovative design solutions that align with user needs and company objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD or Figma.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development frameworks (e.g., WordPress or Shopify).
- In-depth understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in responsive and mobile design is a plus.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) is a plus.
