We're Hiring: Entry-Level Graphic Designer (Full-Time, Remote - California Time)

Location: Remote (India-based)

Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST (12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Philippine Time)

Employment Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: USD 300 - USD 400 per month

Platform Focus: Branding, Web Assets, Social Media Graphics, Print Materials

About the Role: We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Graphic Designer based in New Delhi, India to join our growing creative team. You’ll work on a variety of design projects including branding, social media content, website assets, and marketing materials.This is a full-time remote position. You must be available to work California hours (PST).

What You’ll Do:

- Design engaging visual content for web, social media, and digital campaigns
- Assist in creating and updating product packaging, brand collateral, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to deliver assets that align with the brand
- Maintain visual consistency across platforms and ensure assets follow brand guidelines
- Edit images and graphics as needed
- Organize and manage design files efficiently
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong eye for layout, color, and typography
- A portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals (school, personal, or freelance projects welcome)
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to accept feedback and revise designs accordingly
- Must be available to work graveyard shift (12:00 AM - 9:00 AM PHT)

Nice to Have:

- Experience using Canva or Figma
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics
- Understanding of social media design specs and trends
- Experience in eCommerce, lifestyle, or fashion brands

Compensation & Benefits:

- USD 300 - USD 400/month
- 100% remote work
