Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance hospital revenue and market presence.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with hospital goals.
- Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote hospital services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
