**Salary**: ₹33,000 - ₹45,000 per month (Based on skill & output quality)

**About Us**:
Custo Gusto is a fast-growing company specializing in embroidery customization for retail and corporate clients. We are looking for a skilled **Embroidery Digitizer** with experience in **logos and designs** (not blouse or garment embroidery) to join our team in Noida.

**Responsibilities**:

- Digitize logos and intricate designs for embroidery using **EPC Win or Wilcom software**.
- Work efficiently to ensure high-quality stitch files optimized for production.
- Ensure proper stitch density, sequencing, and mínimal trims for optimal machine output.
- Handle a variety of fabric types, ensuring designs are compatible with embroidery execution.
- Meet daily production targets and maintain accuracy in designs.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in embroidery digitizing, preferably in export houses.
- Proficiency in **EPC Win or Wilcom software**.
- Strong understanding of embroidery on different fabric types and products.
- Ability to work with complex logos, monograms, and corporate branding.
