**Key accountabilities**
- Coordinate technology roadmaps and priorities
- Stakeholder in Research and Development projects control and I/O modules
- Investigating, developing, and documenting new ideas
- Monitor Life Cycle Status for present scope
- Coordinate requirements from Product groups, Sales and Aftermarket departments

**Qualifications and experience**
- You are a Master or Bachelor engineer or a graduate from technical college in computer science, electronics, automation or similar. We also encourage newly graduated to apply.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.**You are able to**
- act on own initiative, make things happen and accepts responsibility for the results.
- use a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities and allocates resources effectively
- build a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives
- communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way.
- understand the organization's informal rules and structures and utilize political processes effectively to get things done
- co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information, and support others in the pursuit of team goals.

You will be part of our **Integrated Solutions Division** which is responsible for product and technology development, supply chain operations and project delivery for all Kongsberg's Automation, Bridge Systems and Electro products and solutions. Since the development of the first Dynamic Positioning system in the 1970's, Kongsberg Maritime has always been in the forefront of developing leading Automation and Bridge Systems, and the Integrated Solutions division is responsible for maintaining and further developing that substantial legacy.
