Leadership:

- Ensure timely recruitment of Security Guards
- Appointment of Security supervisors across the territory
- Ensuring the manpower smoothly at client place
- Provide strong and inspirational leadership to subordinate personnel.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and dedication.
- Oversee and coordinate Security operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on operational activities.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in security operation leadership role.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Strong recruitment / sourcing experience

Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
