# Digital Operations Manager Position

# Arora Plastic Co. - Sadar Bazaar, Delhi

## Role Overview

## Key Responsibilities

### Digital Systems Management (40%)
- Implement and manage WhatsApp Business API integration for order processing
- Set up and maintain inventory management system
- Oversee CRM implementation and customer database management
- Create and maintain digital catalogs and price lists
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly business reports

### Operations Management (30%)
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers
- Manage stock levels and inventory
- Handle order processing from receipt to delivery
- Oversee packaging and dispatch operations
- Maintain quality control standards

### Customer Relations (20%)
- Manage key customer accounts
- Handle WhatsApp business communications
- Process customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain customer database
- Generate quotes and follow up on leads

### Team Management (10%)
- Supervise warehouse staff
- Train team members on new digital systems
- Coordinate with delivery personnel
- Manage daily task assignments

## Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/IT or relevant field
- 3+ years experience in business operations/e-commerce
- Proficient in English and Hindi
- Strong computer skills including MS Office
- Experience with digital business tools and CRM systems

## Desired Skills
- Knowledge of packaging industry
- Experience with inventory management software
- Understanding of GST and business accounting
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and digital marketing
- Experience with ERP systems

## Technical Skills Required
- MS Excel (Advanced level)
- Basic understanding of CRM software
- Comfort with mobile business apps
- Basic data analysis capabilities
- Digital documentation skills

## Work Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
