- Manage kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and scheduling.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food stock and inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with management to control food costs and maximize profitability.
- Innovate new recipes and culinary techniques to keep menus fresh and exciting.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a chef or in a similar role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and sanitation standards.
- Leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to manage a diverse kitchen team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creativity and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
