We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Quality Checker** to join our quality control team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting finished apparel and bag products to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards for stitching, construction, fit, labeling, and overall appearance. Your role is key to maintaining product consistency, reducing defects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect finished garments and bags for quality issues including stitching defects, misalignment, incorrect labeling, fabric damage, color mismatches, loose threads, and faulty trims or accessories.
- Verify that products meet specifications, measurements, and brand standards as per the tech pack or production order.
- Conduct in-line and final inspections during and after production.
- Identify, segregate, and document defective items and communicate findings to the production or QC supervisor.
- Ensure proper tagging, folding, and packaging of approved products.
- Record daily inspection data and maintain quality reports for internal tracking.
- Work closely with the production team to prevent recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Follow established SOPs and quality checklists for different product types.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area and handle products carefully.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in quality checking for garments, fashion accessories, or bags is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for identifying fabric and stitching issues.
- Basic knowledge of garment construction, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read measurement specs, tech packs, and quality checklists.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet inspection targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
