**Job Title**: Quality Checker - Trousers (Front & Back Specialist)

**About Us**:
We are a garment manufacturing company based in Tronica City, specializing in high-quality men’s bottomwear including cargo pants, joggers, and trousers. With an annual capacity of over 5 lakh pieces, we are growing rapidly and expanding into international markets. We are looking for a dedicated **Quality Checker** with deep expertise in **trouser front & back detailing** to strengthen our production quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-line and end-line inspection of trousers during production.
- Check **front construction** details:

- Waistband shape & alignment
- Fly stitch accuracy (zipper, buttons, hooks)
- Pocket placements, pleats, darts
- Label positioning and drawcord alignment (if applicable)
- Check **back construction** details:

- Patch pocket symmetry and alignment
- Back dart finishing, yoke seam, center back alignment
- Waist fit and back rise consistency
- Ensure **measurement accuracy** as per size spec sheets.
- Identify **sewing defects, stitch quality issues**, skipped stitches, loose threads, or any uneven construction.
- Ensure trims and accessories (zippers, snap buttons, elastic, drawcords) are attached as per BOM.
- Collaborate with supervisors and tailors for corrective actions.
- Maintain daily QC reports and escalate critical defects to the Quality Head.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in trouser quality checking.
- Strong technical knowledge of trouser patterns and construction.
- Ability to read and interpret spec sheets and measurement charts.
- Attention to detail and consistency in quality standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under tight production timelines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in handling both **woven (cotton, twill)** and **technical fabrics (nylon, spandex blends)**.
- Exposure to quality control in **cargo pants or utility trousers** will be a major plus.
