- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Advising management on legal matters pertaining to business operations, transactions, and risk management.
- Representing the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and interactions with external parties.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective legal strategies and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law; additional qualifications such as LL.M. or specialized certifications preferred.
- Proven experience working as a legal counsel or attorney
- Sound knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
