**Key Objective of the Job:
**Well versed with**:

- User Access review to be undertaken on a quarterly basis.
- Creation and deletion of external vendors based on request to be handled on Access portal.
- Working knowledge of overall handling of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solution.

An auditable governance framework, consistent with general regulatory requirements for information technology across jurisdictions in which the Tata Capital operates, is developed, maintained, and adhered to across the Enterprise, so that we are appropriately prepared.

IT- Compliance and Governance related activities.

**Major Deliverables:
- **Coordinate with stakeholders within IT as well as externally for audit observations raised by Internal Audit Department (IAD)**:

- **Should be able to coordinate with auditors and internal IT stakeholders during Statutory audit and IFC audit.**:

- **Drive and track closures against observations raised by auditors within stipulated time.**:

- **Need to coordinate across various departments such as Operations, Legal, Credit etc for any requirements raised**:

- **Being proactive with issues with a problem-solving attitude, and, at the same time keeping all stakeholders aligned.**:

- **Contribute to the development and maintenance of the enterprise-wide Access management and access review program including development of tools and instructional guides for business.**:

- **Event management, development and facilitation of enterprise wide event exercises, relationship management with external vendors, development of corporate policy, standards, and guidelines.**:

- **Contribute to establishing and maintaining program processes and practices which effectively ensure that the enterprise program remains current and incorporates/aligns with industry standards and practices as appropriate, and adequately covers general regulatory requirements.**:

- **Ensures appropriate integration of requirements and information obtained from various sources; including external regulators and auditors for all jurisdictions.**:

- **Subject matter expert for Access Management (including access review) and Audit Front ending and coordination with applicable stakeholders.**:

- **Participates in external access management and IT Audit management organizations and keep abreast of industry best practices and trends.**:

- **Provide 24x 7 event management on-call support as the demand arises.**:

- **IT - Compliance and Governance related activities
**Specialized job competencies**:

- Industry certification in one or more of the following: ISO, PMI, CCSA, CISA, CA, CCSP, ISC, ITIL, etc.
- Exposure to BFSI domain knowledge and having worked in conglomerate governed by multiple regulators

**Desired Experience**:

- **In-depth knowledge and expertise of **the BSFI sector operations **, including IT practices. Specific expertise should include**:

- **A strong understanding of Access Management, Operational risk and resilience, Business Process improvement methods as well as risk related control frameworks and practices (COCO, COSO, ISO, ITIL, CMM, COBIT, etc.),**:

- **Solid knowledge of IT and Operations Audit methodology**:

- **Corporate Policies and Standards of TCL and its operating subsidiaries**:

- **Solid understanding of the Operational Risk Management methodology and CSA related requirements.
